A Dragonfruit Cocktail

Naughty and nice! How pretty is this cocktail created by Anne Linden using Bali’s iconic tropical fruits. Not only is she a super star bartender, she’s the co-founder of @iceandtasty cocktail challenge! Intrigued? We were too, head over and check them out!

How: shake
Glass: chilled glass of your choice
Ice: no ice
Garnish: edible flowers

10 mins prep 1

INGREDIENTS

40 ml white rum (e.g. Bacardi Carta Blanca)

20 ml fresh lime juice

15 ml beetroot juice

15 ml sugar syrup ( can substitute with coconut syrup – sweetness and acidity should be balanced 🙂 )

20 ml pineapple puree

30 ml pink dragonfruit juice

METHOD

Juice your dragonfruit and beetroot and puree the pineapple before getting started!

Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Shake your mixture for approximately 10-15 seconds.

Pour your cocktail in a chilled glass.

Serve your pink dragonfruit cocktail with some edible flowers and enjoy <3
