INGREDIENTS
500g cottage cheese
3 eggs
3 cups oats (~250g)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup linseed (~50g)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds(~50g)
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds(~50g
METHOD
Put all the ingredients into a bowl ad start mixing with a spoon.
Place the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and form a loaf.
Bake for 1 hour at 180°C.
Cool on a rack and enjoy.
