Mango and Ginger Nice-cream
This yummy smoothie creation is perfect for boosting immune systems with the added zing of ginger!

INGREDIENTS
2 Frozen bananas
3 cups frozen mangos
2 tbsp fresh grated ginger (or more for even more zing)
METHOD
Pre chop and freeze fruit overnight.
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy.
That’s it! Scoop and enjoy.
Recipe can be boosted into a yummy summer cocktail by adding a nip of your favourite tropical liquor or vodka. (shh!)
