INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 teaspoon miso paste

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

2 tablespoons (chopped) plant-based chocolate

1–2 tablespoons plant-based milk (adjust to texture)

METHOD

In a bowl, combine the ground oats, sesame seeds, and chopped chocolate
2. Add the miso paste, peanut butter, and plant-based milk
3. Mix thoroughly – if the mixture is too dry, add more milk a little at a time until it holds together
4. Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls using your hands
5. Place the bliss balls in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to firm up
6. Enjoy these sweet-and-savory bites as a snack or dessert!
