INGREDIENTS
1/2 tsp ground turmericÂ
1/2 tsp ground cinnamonÂ
1/2 tsp ashwagandha (available in store only)
1/2 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp honey or any other sweeter of your choiceÂ
1 cup organic cow milk or any other milk of your choice @
dash of black pepperÂ
METHOD
Bring the milk to a low simmer, but don’t let it boil.
Once the milk is hot, pour it into the cup together with ashwagandha, cinnamon, tumeric & black pepper. Pepper is necessary to activate the tumeric for it to do the actual inner work.
Add ghee & sweeten with honey or any other sweetener of your choice.
