Morning Focus Smoothie by Helen Einlo
There is no better way to break the fast than staring the day with something light, yet nourishing for the body, mind and spirit. This focus smoothie is packed with nutrients like moringa and chaga chocolate to stay focused and happy for the day ahead. Papaya seeds are great for parasites and peanut (or any other nut butter) adds extra protein to the mix to kickstart your day.

INGREDIENTS
1 frozen banana
1 cup of precooked pumpkin
1 tsp moringa dried leaf powder – we used this one by Treeology
1 tsp Raw Cacao Chaga Blend by Bali Boheme Deli
1 tsp papaya seeds (we took them from the fresh papaya)
1 tsp peanut butter
1,5 cups of almond milk
METHOD
Precook the pumpkin and let it cool.
Add it into a blender together with all the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
Enjoy it simply by itself or make it into a bowl by adding your favourite toppings.
