The Gluten Free and Vegan Banana Bread
If you want a sweet comforting treat but still keep it healthy, you will love this one! This banana bread is made with whole and healthy ingredients and it’s a very easy 3-step recipe formula recipe that can’t go wrong. It’s vegan and gluten-free, yet moist and delicious.

INGREDIENTS
150 gr Buckwheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
15 gr Coconut Sugar
1/2 tsp (Himalayan) Salt
3 big ripe Bananas
55 ml Plant-Milk (unsweetened)
40 ml Coconut Oil
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
20 gr Walnuts
METHOD
Preheat your oven to 180° C
1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add the plant-based milk, coconut oil and apple cider vinegar.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the buckwheat flour, baking soda, coconut sugar, salt and cinnamon powder.
3. Combine both bowls and mix well – it should create quite a thick texture. Add the walnuts.
4. Bake for 30mins
